AstraCore Lab provides precision CNC carving, cutting, and engraving using a General CNC i-Carver (Model #40-915X). We specialize in accurate, repeatable machining for custom parts, panels, templates, signage, and short-run production.

• Positional accuracy: up to 0.001"
• Spindle: 500 W brushless spindle
• Spindle speed: 21,000 RPM
• Cutting speed: variable, up to 118 inches/min
• Table: Aluminum table surface
• Collet: 1/4" (6 mm)

• Hardwood and softwood
• Plywood and MDF
• Foam and composite sheet goods
• Select plastics (HDPE, acrylic, etc.)

This CNC system is optimized for wood and plastic-based materials. Metal machining is not offered.

File Requirements

Please submit vector/CAD files scaled to final dimensions:

• Preferred: DXF, SVG
• Also accepted: AI, EPS, PDF (vector), or dimensioned drawings
